MAINTENANCE CHARGES
The current maintenance charge is £120 per month per flat. This amount covers the following items (this is not an exhaustive list):
Buildings Insurance
Cleaning
Gardening
Window Cleaning
Parking Management
General Maintenance (e.g. re-decoration, roof maintenance)
Intercom System
Company Management (accounts, bookkeeping etc.)
Lighting of Communal Areas
