CLEANING

The communal areas of the block are cleaned every fortnight (currently on a Thursday). However, if you do accidentally make a mess of a communal area, please show some consideration for your neighbours and tidy up after yourself!

RUBBISH

There have been several instances of rubbish bags being left in halls, on the grass and hanging from windows. We have implemented a fine for this anti-social behaviour, as follows:

1st Offence: £25.00
2nd Offence: £50.00
3rd Offence: £75.00
4th (and subsequent) Offence: £100.00
